The tasks of the Logistics Operations Manager:

• Manage and optimize day-to-day operations of a distribution center.
• Ensure deadlines and service levels agreed with clients are fully respected.
• Allocate resources effectively and communicate proactively with inhouse teams and HR.
• Develop teams through training plans, coaching and polyvalence matrices.
• Maintain a healthy social climate and follow up on productivity, quality and behaviour.
• Oversee KPI management, dashboards and reporting.
• Strengthen client relationships through clear and professional communication.
• Improve processes while optimizing costs and ensuring 5S and safety standards.
• Collaborate with QHSE, IT and Excellence teams on continuous improvements.

The ideal Logistics Operations Manager profile:

• Strong knowledge of logistics processes and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with KPIs and dashboards.
• Proven leadership with the ability to build a solid and engaged operational structure.
• Ability to translate complex challenges into practical, actionable solutions.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Resilient, flexible, autonomous and team-oriented.
• Very good command of English and French.
• Experience in multi-client environments.
• Experience both in the field and in strategic responsibilities.
