Het takenpakket als HR Officer:

  • Je staat in voor de loon-en personeelsadministratie
  • Je werkt nauw samen met het sociaal secretariaat
  • Je volgt afwezigheden op
  • Je houdt personeelsdossiers up-to-date
  • Je werkt mee aan de rekrutering van nieuwe werknemers
  • Je staat in voor de onboarding van nieuwe starters
  • Je organiseert opleidingen
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor alle HR-gerelateerde vragen

Het ideale profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma en hebt minstens een eerste relevante werkervaring
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands
  • Je bent communicatief sterk maar hebt ook een luisterend oor
  • Je hebt een goede en up-to-date kennis van de sociale wetgeving
