HR Officer

Our client, active in the energy sector, is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join their team in Ixelles. This position offers an exciting opportunity to take part in a wide range of HR activities — from welcoming and onboarding new employees, deploying training programs, and managing payroll, to providing HR support to staff and managers, assisting with recruitment, and overseeing the company’s vehicle fleet.

Your responsibilities as an HR Officer:

• Welcome and onboard new employees in the company’s various systems.
• Coordinate and implement training initiatives for new and existing staff.
• Manage payroll data in collaboration with the external social secretariat.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related matters.
• Support recruitment processes and related administrative tasks.
• Manage and monitor the company’s automobile fleet.

Your profile:

• Proven experience in Human Resources.
• Fluent in Dutch and French (both written and spoken).
• Experience with employee onboarding processes.
• Knowledge of payroll procedures and systems.
• Ability to assist in recruitment activities.
• Experience in fleet management is an asset.
