A new challenging role as HR Manager is today available within an international automotive company in the Antwerp region. The HR Manager will translate the HR strategy into organisational goals and verify the correct execution of HR processes.
Your key tasks as HR Manager will include:
- Implementing the global HR strategy consistently
- Optimizing the HR processes and policies
- Implementing a solid talent management strategy
- Learning development responsibility
- Functioning at both strategic and operational level
With a university degree in Human Resources, or equivalent by experience, you have approximately 8 to 10 years of experience in developing and delivering robust and strategic HR business plans. You have experience with HR transformations and with developing and implementing HR policies. Knowledge of SME characteristics is a strong asset. A solid experience in talent management and retention is needed.
You are a diplomatic and pro-active individual with good leadership and persuasive skills. You are customer oriented, agile and a real people manager. You are a team player with a solution oriented attitude.
You are fluent in Dutch and English and you have good knowledge of MS Office.
