In Belgium, about 30 employees are responsible for following up 20 operational participations.
As HR Manager you will handle all administrative issues for the 30 employees as well as setting up talent development initiatives for them.
Reporting to the Executive Committee, some of your responsibilities are:
- Acting as business partner for the Executive Committee, answering strategic or punctual questions related to HR;
- Liaising with social institutions, insurance companies,…;
- Following up and calculating fixed and variable compensations, lunch and eco vouchers, sick leave, holidays, expenses, car fleet,…;
- Recruitment and selection;
- Initiating and leading projects with regards to leadership, performance, talent management, succession planning, motivation,…
The HR Manager has a Master degree in Law or HR Management, a MBA is a plus, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in an operational HR position in an international company. A first experience with general accounting principles and financial markets is an asset. You have good knowledge of Dutch, English and French.
As HR Manager you will help outlining the company’s strategy, assessing the risks and translating this into a human resources policy and appropriate processes.
You have a critical attitude, a strategic mind and a pragmatic approach. You can see the ‘bigger picture’ and can give the appropriate feedback. You are a true coach, entrepreneurial and inspiring others, acting as a confidential person combining IQ and EQ.
