An exciting opportunity as Payroll Specialist & HR Administrator has just been created in a company active in the professional services sector. As Payroll Specialist & HR Administrator, you will evolve in a single position, and report to the Global Head of Payroll & HR Administration active on an international scope. You will be responsible for delivering an efficient HR service to about 100 collaborators based in Belgium, through their employee life cycle. The office is located in Ghent.
The Payroll Specialist & HR Administrator will be responsible for:
- Prepare the payroll for employees, together with the external partner
- Manage the benefits (insurances, lunch vouchers, fleet management)
- Act as a central point of contact and provide guidance on HR-related matters such as maternity, sickness leave, contract & payroll issues, benefits, etc.
- Take care of on- and off-boarding processes throughout the company
- Ensure a regular and accurate booking of employee documentation in the HR system
- Participating to transversal local and international HR projects
The profile of the ideal Payroll Specialist & HR Administrator:
- You have a first experience in a similar HR position, with a focus on hard HR (Payroll Specialist, HR Administrator, HR Assistant, HR Operations Specialist, HR Officer).
- You have a good knowledge of the Belgian Labour law.
- You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch, combined with a very good knowledge of English (business language) and a good knowledge of French.
- You have very good Microsoft Office skills.
- You have excellent organizational and time management skills and are proactive.
- You can work independently while enjoying working in a team.
- You are service-minded and love building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
