Wij zijn op zoek naar een HR & Payroll Officer voor een bedrijf actief in de zorgsector en gelegen in regio Vilvoorde. Heb jij minstens een eerste ervaring binnen payroll of HR administratie en ben jij op zoek naar een fijne en afwisselende functie? Lees dan zeker snel verder!

Jouw takenpakket als HR & Payroll Officer:

• Administratief beheren van de personeelsdossiers
• Payroll voor bedienden en arbeiders in samenwerking met SD Worx
• Tijdsregistratie in het systeem Protime
• Opstellen van arbeidscontracten en sociale documenten
• Beantwoorden van de HR gerelateerde vragen van de medewerkers
• Opmaken van rapportages
• Optimaliseren van HR processen en procedures

Het ideale profiel als HR & Payroll Officer:

• Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
• Je hebt minstens een eerste ervaring in payroll of HR-administratie
• Je hebt een zeer goede kennis Nederlands, kennis Frans & Engels is een pluspunt
• Je bent leergierig en gemotiveerd
• Je bent betrouwbaar en discreet
• Communicatief en organisatorisch sterk
• Goede kennis van het MS-office pakket
