Voor een bedrijf actief in de productiesector zijn we op zoek naar een Payroll Officer om het team in Groot-Bijgaarden te versterken. Ben jij een expert in sociale wetgeving, discreet en nauwkeurig? Dan is deze vacature zeker iets voor jou!

Jouw takenpakket als Payroll Officer:
• Je beheert de volledige personeels- en loonadministratie van A tot Z.
• Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor je collega’s bij vragen over sociale wetgeving en hun loon.
• Je zorgt ervoor dat de lonen maandelijks tijdig en correct worden uitbetaald.
• Je stelt sociale documenten op en zorgt voor een correcte registratie in de systemen.
• Je voert loonberekeningen nauwkeurig en correct uit.
• Je blijft op de hoogte van ontwikkelingen en wijzigingen in de sociale wetgeving

Het ideale profiel als Payroll Officer:
• Je beschikt over een HR-gerelateerd diploma.
• Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, kennis andere talen is een plus!
• Je hebt minstens een eerste ervaring binnen Payroll
• Je hebt een goede kennis van de sociale wetgeving.
• Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent punctueel.
