HR & Payroll Officer

A financial-sector company based in the heart of Brussels is seeking an HR & Payroll Officer to strengthen its HR department and play a key role in the daily operations and future development of HR processes.
Your Responsibilities
As HR & Payroll Officer, you will gradually take on a wide range of essential HR tasks.
In the initial phase, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing payroll and handling the full salary calculation process
- Acting as the main contact for the external payroll provider and validating social declarations
- Preparing HR reporting and statistics
- Handling all administrative tasks related to personnel (contracts, amendments, certificates, employee files, etc.)
- Managing administrative follow-up with external partners, such as insurance providers and company cars
Over time, your role may expand to include:
- Supporting the HR budget, estimates, and provisions
- Fleet management
- Participation in recruitment processes
- Contributing to HR projects and process improvements
Your Profile :
- Knowledge of Belgian social legislation and HR administration
- Ability to calculate salaries and understand the structure of compensation packages
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools
- Very good knowledge of French, Dutch and English
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
