After an extensive training you will, as a Junior Recruitment Consultant, be the first point of contact for our clients and candidates.
- You will screen and interview suitable candidates
- You will organize job interviews and give candidates timely and insightful feedback
- You will establish commercial contact with potential clients and convince them on working with Robert Walters
- You will analyze the needs of our clients; you will support them with advice and carefully select suitable candidates
- You will maintain long-term relationships through company visits, client meetings, and regular contact
- You will actively keep an eye on supply and demand of the job market, where you will act as a true consultant
- You will build up a strong network by actively contacting companies and candidates and taking part in several events
Your profile
- You have graduated or will soon graduate with a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree
- You are commercially minded; you love to convince people
- You are result oriented and a true go-getter
- You have a strong interest in the world of recruitment, selection and sales
- You speak French and/or Dutch fluently and can express yourself steadily in English
- You are dynamic, have a positive attitude, and are a true team player
