Your daily responsibilities as a Junior Recruitment Consultant:

• Identify, assess, and meet the best talent in the market
• Organise interviews and guide candidates through every stage of the process
• Advise clients on their hiring challenges and analyse their needs
• Approach new clients and build long-term, trusted relationships
• Participate in client visits, on-site meetings, and professional events
• Keep track of market trends and act as a true consultant
• Build and maintain a strong professional network with both candidates and clients

Your profile as Junior Recruitment Consultant:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (recently graduated or about to finish)
• Strong commercial mindset and passion for negotiation
• Motivated and results-driven
• Interest in recruitment, human relations, and consulting
• Fluent in French and confident in English
• Proactive, dynamic, and a strong team player
