Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to join a financial company based in Ixelles, active across several business units. Because two-thirds of the recruitment activity is in Dutch and most of the partner agencies are based in Flanders, fluent in French and Dutch

Your tasks as a Recruiter :

You will manage the full recruitment cycle, including:

• Identifying needs and sourcing relevant profiles
• Conducting interviews, assessments, and managing candidate follow-up
• Supporting offer management, contract preparation & signing
• Building partnerships with schools and attending job fairs
• Close collaboration with internal managers & HR
• Involvement in broader HR activities: training, career follow-up, onboarding

Your profile:

• You have a first experience as a Recruiter
• Strong French–Dutch bilingualism
• Comfortable working in a human-sized, warm, and collaborative environment
• Strong communicator, proactive, and able to manage volume
• Positive personality
