A company active in the Technological and Operational Support sector is currently looking to hire a C++ Developer to join their offices in Brussels. Thanks to your experience in Software Design and in Development, you will be the perfect addition to the company.
Your main responsibilities as the new C++ Developer will include:
- Writing clean, scalable, easy to understand, and maintainable code mainly in C++.
- Analysing and testing software before deployment.
- Working autonomously on given tasks, proactively gathering requirements if needed.
- Creating documentation of the developed components and processes.
- Ensure that ships can be remotely controlled from their control centre.
- Develop the controllers used for this from scratch and also adjust them correctly.
Your profile:
- You have a bachelor or masters’ degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics or Physics.
- You have at least 1 years of experience.
- You have advanced knowledge of C++ and Python.
- You are fluent in English, knowledge of French and/or Dutch is considered an asset.
Your strengths:
- You have outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- You can work independently and complete projects with minimal supervision.
- You have excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
