In this position, you will be responsible for managing the ICT network infrastructure and training of the IT technicians.
Your main responsibilities as the new IT System Administrator will include:
- Plan network upgrades and test and select new solutions
- Manage infrastructure projects including vendor contact, scheduling and staying within budget
- Solve hardware and software and end-user problems quickly and thoroughly
- Responsible for implementing backup and virus protection policies
- Coordinate end-user support with the IT Coordinator and IT Manager
- Provide clear and timely reporting to the IT Manager and the team
Your profile:
- You have strong knowledge of Google Suite, Ms Office Suite & MS 365
- You have strong knowledge of MAC and Windows operating systems, Windows 2016 and 2019 servers
- Expert knowledge of Linux, MDM Solutions, URL, FTP, HTTP and SMTP filtering
- You are fluent in French and English
