Your main responsibilities as the new IT Operations Specialist will include:
- To provide direct and indirect support to the end-users within the Group
- To troubleshoot technical issues related to the company’s IT infrastructure and to liaise with external service providers ecosystem
- To continuously optimize the IT Service Delivery in alignment with the company’s IT strategy
- Coordinate experts and ensure efficient and continuous maintenance
Your profile:
- You have minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar position
- You have an excellent experience and knowledge of multi-cloud services
- You have excellent technical knowledge of the Azure and M365, Windows 10
- You have excellent knowledge of networking with TCP/IP, PowerShell, Power Platform
- You are fluent in French and English
