IT Operations Specialist

A prestigious company active in the Financial Services sector is currently looking to hire an IT Operations Specialist to join their offices in Brussels. Thanks to your experience in Information Technology, you will be the perfect addition to the company and will have an essential role in the setup of your team and aspire to be the preferred partner of entrepreneurs and families who lead growing companies.

Your main responsibilities as the new IT Operations Specialist will include:

• To provide direct and indirect support to the end-users within the Group
• To troubleshoot technical issues related to the company’s IT infrastructure and to liaise with external service providers ecosystem
• To continuously optimize the IT Service Delivery in alignment with the company’s IT strategy
• Coordinate experts and ensure efficient and continuous maintenance

Your profile:

• You have minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar position
• You have an excellent experience and knowledge of multi-cloud services
• You have excellent technical knowledge of the Azure and M365, Windows 10
• You have excellent knowledge of networking with TCP/IP, PowerShell, Power Platform
• You are fluent in French and English
