For one of our clients active in the food industry and based in the Ghent region, we’re currently looking for an Senior GL Accountant a.i. for a 1 year assignment.
A few of your tasks as a Senior GL Accountant a.i.:
- Preparation of monthly (and yearly) closings (accruals, deferrals, provisions,…)
- Assistance in AP-accounting
- Cash & bank bookings
- Preparation of I/C-transactions
- Preparation of VAT and Intrastat
The ideal candidate has a strong background in GL Accounting and brings ideally an experience within the production or food industry. A solid SAP understanding is a real advantage. You are hands-on, determined and you have good stakeholder management skills. You are fluent in Dutch and English, French is a big plus.
