Our client, active in the service sector, is urgently looking for a self-employed Interim Facility Manager for a period of 6 months in the Brussels region.
The Interim Facility Manager key responsibilities will include:
Ensure that the corporate sites have the most suitable working environment for its employees and their activities
Ensure that the facilities remain in good shape to prevent issues
Establish the annual budget to deliver the highest value to the business
Establish the Maintenance plan per site
Responsibility for all technical, infrastructural in a multi-site environment
Planning and implementation of necessary maintenance and refurbishment measures
Ensures and maintains a secure environment in consultation and Identify improvement
Manage a project concerning the move of several departments on the site
The key qualifications required for the role as Interim Facility Manager:
The ideal candidate has a strong and proven experience in Facility management preferably in a multi sites environment. Fluency in French and Dutch is mandatory.
