An international consulting company with a regional office in Brussels, is urgently looking for a self-employed Interim Manager as Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for a period of 4 to 6 months.
The Interim Manager's key responsibilities will include:
- Drive and shape the talent acquisition strategy in order to meet the strategic needs of the company's growth;
- Develop and improve the recruiting programs and develop new innovative recruitment approaches to attract the professionals the business is looking for;
- Lead and ensure an efficient and well-structured recruiting process;
- Advise senior leadership on annual recruiting plan and initiatives to take towards experienced professionals, school-leavers and interns;
- Manage the development and performance of 2 junior recruitment consultants;
- Build partnerships with external parties to improve the inflow of adequate profiles;
- Advise and coach leaders on interviewing skills;
- Manage the annual budget and costs related to the recruitment process.
The key qualifications required for this Senior Talent Acquisition management job:
The ideal candidate has a solid experience in managing and improving the Talent Acquisition Process and a strong coach with solid interpersonal skills and excellent advisory skills. He/she is used to working with senior level, challenging stakeholders in an entrepreneurial, growing environment. The candidate is well organised, result driven, a true multi-tasker and planner with an eye for detail and likes to achieve a high level of quality. He/she appreciates integrity, professionalism, respect and leads by example. The prefect candidate has a former experience in headhunting or senior recruiting which is a strong plus. He/she speaks French or Dutch, and English fluently and is available as of May or June at the latest. A phasing in is possible.
