For one of our clients, active in the medical sector in Waterloo, we are urgently looking for a self-employed Interim HR manager for a period of 6 months. The Interim HR manager key responsibilities will include:

Day-to-day HR administration:

  • Manage the administration related to the employees life cycle in the organization (enrollments, amendments, absences and terminations) and update of HR systems

  • Assist with the preparation of the performance review process (Objectives, mid-year review, End year review). Ensure proper documentation is collected and stored

Payroll:

  • Gather information on presence/absence for each employee

  • Responsible for payroll control on implementation of comp & ben

  • Manage the coordination of payroll with European payroll stakeholders (5)

  • Ensure proper process of social and fiscal obligations

  • Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors

HR projects:

  • Design and/or update various HR policies (working from home, car policy, individual training)

  • Embed these policies into daily ways of working both with the HR team and the business (develop and roll out comm

  • Transpose HR regulations into processes and key documents (Health and safety, GDPR, Employment deal, use of IT tools and CCTV, BIK,

  • Implement an Employee Self Services platform : interface with external provider tyo configure the platform, manage and optimize associated cost and trains HR, line managers and employees for effective use

  • Define HR comm

The key qualifications required for the role as Interim HR manager:

The ideal candidate has a strong and proven experience as HR generalist and payroll management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong planning and project management skills. Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
