The Interim HR Talent Acquisition Specialist key responsibilities will include:
- Manage the redaction of job description with the manager to take into consideration the specificity of the role and the context
- Identifies the best recruitment strategy
- Reviewing and selecting suitable job advertising options
- Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and makes sure our approach to candidate promotes inclusion and diversity
- Liaising with company department heads to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs.
- Handle the sourcing of suitable candidates via LinkedIn and other social media
- Conduct job interviews to ensure candidates skills and qualifications match the job requirements
- Interfaces with HR team to make appropriate offer and to ensure a smooth process for candidates
- Ensures continuous and fluid communication with hiring managers and holds them accountable to prioritize candidate interviews
- Keeps checking candidate market and competitive practice to stay ahead of talent availability for critical roles, build an external talent pipeline for critical roles
- Participate in jobs fairs and career events to promote company Employee Value Proposition
- Builds external talent pipeline for critical roles
- Evaluate current recruiting procedures to determine whether they can be modified for increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Modify current recruiting procedures or developing new procedures as needed
- Builds effective partnership with key agencies, headhunters and external service providers to guarantee efficient recruitment cost
The key qualifications required for the role as Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist :
The ideal candidate has a strong and proven experience in talent acquisition in global environment. Has a proven track record of building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships.
Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
