HR Director

For one of our clients, active in manufacturing sector in Wallonia , we are urgently looking for a self-employed Interim HR Director (freelance) for a period of 3 months. The main focus will be to build a trustful relationship with the labor Unions The Interim HR Director key responsibilities will include:

• Your main objectif is to establish a peacefull relation with the Unions.
• You organise, in cooperation with the office assistant, all office related matters.
• You support ad-hoc projects in close collaboration with the CEO

The ideal candidate has relevant experience as HRD in a difficult environment with the Labor Unions.

You are hands-on, determined, have good stakeholder management skills and are fluent in French.
