For one of our clients, a retail company (B2C), located in the North of Brussels,we are urgently looking for an e-Commerce Manager a.i.
Main responsibilities for an e-Commerce Manager a.i. are:
- Drive e-marketing performance through all e-marketing tools (SEO, SEA, e-CRM, affiliate marketing, emailing, social networks, etc.)
- Cold and hot customer acquisition, and customer retention
- Organisation of the website and commercial performance by optimising the product presentation, the ergonomics of the platform and the customer journey
- Definition of the web roadmap, coordination of external service providers, determination of future development tools
- Optimisation of performance and ROI by measuring their efficiency
- Monitoring of current digital trends/opportunities, benchmark competition
- Compliance with the editorial line of the e-commerce website, display and content enrichment
- Monitoring the smooth running of online sales: monitoring of orders, shipments and returns orders, shipments and returns
- Implementation of our omnichannel strategy, in collaboration with the retail teams
- Managing the e-commerce team, which consists of team leaders and digital specialists
Imperative qualifications are:
- An excellent knowledge of the internet and its tools (world of commercial sites, social networks, statistical analysis tools, tools for placing products on marketplaces, CMS,...)
- A good knowledge of web programming languages (JavaScript, HTML) is a plus
- Bilingual NL/FR
- Leadership, good communication skills
- Solid experience in digital/e-commerce
- Analytical skills, data-minded
- Excellent business development and project management skills
