For one of our clients, a company in the services industry based in Brussels, we are looking for a self-employed ERP Project Manager for an assignment of 6 months.
The Interim Manager’s key responsibilities will include:
Overall project management of the Workday Financials ERP implementation across all functional streams
o General Accounting
o Business Assets
o Taxes
o Customers
o Suppliers
o Procurement
o Expenses
o Bank & Settlement
o Budget
Interface into other technical streams: Integrations, Testing, Data Migration, Reporting
Reports into the Programme Director
Overall preparation of all E2E Testing activities
Definition of calendar, logistics and required Workday support structure
Follow-up of required training activities for the testers
Monitor the execution of test scenarios
Oversight of defect resolution and overall test lead
In conjunction with the Change Manager, general support of Change Management activities for Finance at an individual and finance team level
Workday Ambassador
The key qualifications required for this interim ERP Project management job:
The Interim Manager has a strong experience in Project Management and Testing Management. He/she has several experiences in ERP implementation in Belgium. An implementation experience of Workday is a plus. The ideal candidate is hand's-on has strong interpersonal skills, a positive mindset and an ability to influence. He/She is fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
