A leading company in the retail sector, based in Brussels, is looking for an experienced Freelance HR Business Partner to support its post-integration phase. The mission is long-term, requiring both operational and strategic HR expertise.

The HR Business Partners’s key responsibilities will include:

  • Aligning HR processes, tools, and policies with headquarters to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Acting as a generalist, handling both HARD and SOFT HR topics.
  • Supporting change management and driving HR transformation post-integration.
  • Ensuring compliance with local and international HR regulations.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

The Freelance HR Business Partner key qualifications required for this role:
The ideal candidate has solid experience as an HR Business Partner in an international environment, with a strong ability to manage both operational and strategic HR topics. Fluency in French and English is required.
