Supply Chain Manager

A mid-sized consumer goods company based in Kortrijk is looking for an experienced Interim Supply Chain Manager for a mission of 3 to 6 months. This role focuses on optimizing inbound and outbound processes, working closely with both European and Asian partners, and enhancing supply chain systems through ODOO.

The Interim Manager’s key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and managing the entire supply chain with emphasis on inbound and outbound operations.
  • Conducting in-depth analysis of current supply chain processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborating with Regional Planning Leads (RPLs) in Europe and OEM partners in Asia.
  • Acting as the point of contact for the ODOO implementation partner to improve functionalities and processes.
  • Providing strategic input and operational support to the business owner for scalable and effective workflows.
  • Implementing lean practices and driving operational excellence.
  • Supporting growth initiatives with pragmatic and hands-on supply chain improvements.

The key qualifications required for this interim management job: The ideal candidate has a solid background in international supply chain management, with a strong foundation in lean methodologies and continuous improvement. Experience in medium-sized, growing companies is essential. A down-to-earth, pragmatic approach and hands-on mentality are key to success. Fluency in Flemish, French, and English is mandatory due to the international and local stakeholder landscape.
