About the role of Talent Consultant
- Identify business opportunities by speaking with clients and candidates
- Searching, selecting and matching candidates with relevant positions
- Building strong relationships with clients and developing a good understanding of the organization and their hiring needs
- Managing open positions, including writing and posting job adverts
- Arrange interviews, ensure candidates are fully informed and provide regular communication and feedback
- Organize and attend meetings with potential clients and maintain existing client relationships
- Proactively approach new clients to expand your portfolio
About you
To join us as a Talent Consultant, your skills and experience should include:
- A Bachelor or a Master's degree is a must
- You have a previous relevant working experience
- You are fluent in Dutch with excellent knowledge of English
- You are committed to exceed client expectations, to attract top talent and to achieve targets
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent communication skills
- You show strong team spirit
