What will be your responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant?

• Maintain and guide new and existing customer relationships in their recruitment process by identifying the right candidates
• Sourcing, screening and interviewing new candidates for the company in various ways
• Ensuring that every step in the recruitment process proceeds according to our qualitative standards
• Achieve set individual & team targets and KPIs within a rapidly evolving, competitive and commercial environment
  
  

Do you have what it takes to become our new Recruitment Consultant?

Master or bachelor’s degree with at least 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar financial or sales environment

• Excellent knowledge of French and/or Dutch with a fluent knowledge of English.
• A convincing and service-oriented approach to grow the business and build customer and candidate relationships
• Excellent communication skills and you are not afraid to pick up the phone
• Proactive and positive attitude with a strong sense of ethics
