Your responsibilities as a Senior Legal M&A Manager :

• Provide expert legal guidance on M&A and restructuring transactions from initiation to completion
• Draft, review, and negotiate key agreements (NDAs, LOIs, SPAs) while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Oversee due diligence, assess risks, and coordinate with financial and legal advisors
• Support business growth by offering strategic legal insights and mentoring junior team members

About you :

• You hold a Master’s degree in Law and have a solid understanding of Belgian legislation
• You have proven experience in M&A, ideally as a Legal Manager or Legal Counsel
• You are skilled in drafting, negotiation, and legal risk assessment
• You are commercially minded, detail-oriented, and proactive
• You are fluent in Dutch and English; French is an asset
