Senior Manager Corporate Law

Your responsibilities :

• Advise on corporate and business law topics including M&A, restructurings, joint ventures, and governance
• Lead domestic and cross-border transactions, drafting and negotiating key agreements
• Build lasting client relationships through practical, business-oriented legal advice
• Contribute to the growth and positioning of the Corporate & Business Law team
• Coach and support junior colleagues, promoting collaboration and excellence

About you :

• You hold a Master’s degree in Law and have strong expertise in corporate and business law
• You have 8+ years’ experience as a lawyer or legal advisor in a multidisciplinary setting
• You are analytical, proactive, and entrepreneurial, with solid drafting and negotiation skills
• You manage projects effectively and communicate with clarity and confidence
• You are fluent in Dutch or French, with excellent command of English
