HR Assistant
For one of our clients, a well-established international law firm based in Brussels, we are currently recruiting an HR Assistant to support the HR team in daily operations and contribute to a smooth and high-quality employee experience. Your responsibilities as HR Assistant
- Supporting the HR team with day-to-day HR administration
- Preparing HR documents (contracts, amendments, certificates, onboarding documents, etc.)
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes
- Managing employee files and ensuring data accuracy in HR systems
- Supporting recruitment processes: interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, coordination with managers
- Assisting with HR reporting, trackers and follow-up of HR processes
- Helping organise internal HR initiatives and events (trainings, team events, well-being initiatives)
- Acting as a first point of contact for basic HR-related questions (in collaboration with the HR team)
Your profile as HR assistant
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR Assistant / HR Administration role (ideally within a law firm or professional services environment)
- Fluent in French, Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- Highly organised, discreet and detail-oriented
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong MS Office skills; experience with HR tools/systems is a plus
- Reliable, service-minded and able to work both independently and as part of a team
