A global leader in cash technology solutions, based in Brussels, is looking for a Product Solutions Engineer to become part of their hardworking Benelux Solutions Team. This role will support the sales and service departments activities over the Benelux, related to product and software topics, both in-company as at customer locations.

Some of your main responsibilities as a Product Solutions Engineer will include:

• Support the sales department by providing customer demonstrations on the full range of software products, mastering the solutions in detail
• Design and recommend potential technical solutions
• Provide technical assistance on machine problems and software support to customers and Field Service Engineers
• Occasionally lead pilot projects or proof-of-concepts in pre- or aftersales phase from a technical point of view

As the ideal candidate, you are qualified in electro-mechanical engineering with proven experience, software knowledge is a clear benefit. Experience with Databases and Server Systems is an advantage.

Good knowledge of Dutch, French and English languages are required in order to serve the Benelux region.
