Project Manager Civil Works

A global leader company in the chemical industry, based in the Liege area, is looking for a Project Manager Civil Works to take projects with a strong civil engineering orientation in charge. In this role, you will report to the Engineering & Construction Manager.

• Understanding the needs from Maintenance and Production departments on civil works and translating them into the projects within the domain,

• Liaising with the right point of contacts within Engineering department in order to discuss and prepare the concept & design of the projects,

• Choosing the right internal and external stakeholders in order to make up the project team,

• Evaluating the different offers submitted by Technical Purchasing department in line with project needs and making sure to make the relevant choices within budget,

• Coordinating the execution of the projects together with the project team,

• Making sure of the commissioning of the project.

The ideal candidate for the position of Project Manager Civil Works holds a degree either in Civil or Industrial Engineering specialized in Civil Works with at least 5 years of experience as Project manager within civil works in an industrial environment.

French speaking and fluent in English.
