Engineering Manager

A Leader company active in the food production industry, based in Ghent area is looking for an Engineering Manager.

Reporting to the Engineering Director, the Engineering Manager will be responsible for:

• Determining and managing the engineering project portfolio with all stakeholders involved.
• Designing, implementing and refining the entirety of the technologies related to the production processes in order to focus on revamping or greenfield projects
• Managing the team of project engineers in order to make sure the projects are up and running
• Liaising with the different departments to see how and where to make projections for the new investments.

The ideal candidate for the position of Engineering Manager is required to have master's degree in (Electro)Mechanical Engineering, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a production environment, preferably in the food industry.

Fluency in Dutch and English is a must.
