Project & Process Manager Chemistry

A global leader company in the chemical industry, based in Liege area, is looking for a Project & Process Manager Chemistry to support their Corporate Investment Projects. In this role, you will report to the Director of the division.

• Carrying out, from study to completion, projects designed to increase/improve the production capacities and productivity of the Group's various manufacturing sites (eg. France, Belgium, USA),

• Leading the study, the design and the sizing of the revamping of the production lines in the respect of the requirements of safety, environment, quality, deadlines, budget,

• Working & leading the design and the technical specifications of the projects,

• Estimating the costs in line with the investments budgets,

• In line with the design and budget necessities, running the related purchasing and on time delivery of the materials,

• Following up the execution of the projects together with the local teams and advising them,

• Taking an helicopter view in order to do the right reporting of the project process,

• Constantly innovating to add value to the continuous improvement of the different projects.

The ideal candidate for the position of Project & Process Manager Chemistry holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering, with knowledge of chemical engineering unit operations and related equipment, or with equivalent experience as a project/process manager.

French speaking and fluent in English.
