Project Manager - Continuous Improvement

A global leader consumer goods company, based in Sint-Niklaas is looking for a Project Manager - Continuous Improvement to manage the cross-functional projects within different manufacturing projects. This new role is available in the perspective of growing the business, work in collaboration and report to the Senior Plant Manager.

As a Project Manager - Continuous Improvement some of your responsibilities will include:

• Working across different departments to understand their needs and translating them into the project management,
• Managing the project plan, working on KPI,
• Liaising, if necessary, with the third parties to supply for the related projects (whether engineering, maintenance, production, or R&d),
• Internally form and manage transversally the project teams.

About you:

• You hold a degree in Industrial Engineering,
• You have several years relevant experience in managerial role within production,
• Good technical knowledge in production areas is a plus,
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.
