This new position is available in the perspective of a management and team restructuring to ensure the company's ambition to be the leading business in sustainable plastics within the circular economy.
As HSE Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Making the risk analysis of the plant and advising the necessary stakeholders on that respect,
- Working together with the management team in order to create awareness of the HSE procedures,
- Creating and organizing trainings for staff members in order to cascade down this awareness,
- Managing the HSE procedures,
- Liaising with the necessary third parties- insurance companies, subcontractors and necessary bodies in order to strengthen the approach of HSE.
About you:
- You hold a bachelor's or a master's degree in technical fields,
- You have several years relevant experience as HSE Manager in the chemical & food - or related. Industries are required. Prevention Level 1 certification is a must,
- You are fluent in English and Dutch,
- You have a strategic mindset and you are procedure oriented,
- You are able to work transversely with all teams.
