This new position as Operations Production Manager is available in the perspective of growing the business.
As Operations Production Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising the team of production in order to improve the productivity,
- Developing projects in line with production and making sure that the production is in line with the procedures and quality standards,
- Supervising maintenance and engineering activities,
- Strategically supervising the continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives,
- Coordinating HSE policies.
About you:
- You hold a bachelor's or a master's degree in Industrial engineering,
- You have several years relevant experience as Production Engineering in the chemical industry - or related,
- You are fluent in Dutch and English,
- Strong relationship management skills are assets for the development of the sector.
