Voor een sterk Retailbedrijf gelegen in regio Ternat zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Customer Service Officer het team te vervoegen. Spreek jij vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels en ben je op zoek naar een gevarieerde functie? Lees dan zeker even verder!

Het takenpakket als Customer Service Officer :

• Je houdt gegevens up to date in het systeem
• Je staat in voor het telefonisch onderhouden van klantenrelaties.
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het correct behandelen van klachten
• Je staat in voor allerlei administratieve taken; opmaken creditnota’s, klantenbestanden opmaken,…
• Je ondersteunt je collega’s waar nodig

Het ideale profiel:


• Je hebt minstens een eerste ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
• Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels
• Je hebt een goede kennis MS Office
• Je bent punctueel, flexibel en denkt proactief mee met het bedrijf
• Je bent stressbestendig en kan werken in een fast-paced omgeving
• Je hebt een klantgerichte mindset
