Het takenpakket als Customer Service Medewerker:

• Je staat in voor het ingeven en verwerken van diverse bestellingen
• Je registreert inkomende service aanvragen en maakt de service interventies aan
• Je staat in voor het telefonisch onderhouden van de communicatie met klanten
• Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij vragen
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het controleren van servicerapporten en de klantentevredenheid
• Je staat in voor het plannen en optimaliseren van de werklast van techniekers

Het ideale profiel:


• Je hebt minstens een eerste ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
• Je hebt een goede kennis van zowel het Nederlands als het Frans
• Je hebt een goede kennis MS Office
• Je kan goed prioriteiten leggen en bent communicatief heel sterk
• Je bent stressbestendig en hebt een commerciële mindset
• Je bent klantgericht en denkt proactief mee met het bedrijf
• Je bent een echte teamplayer!
