Voor een bedrijf dat actief is in de dienstensector gelegen in regio Asse zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Medewerker het Customer Service team te versterken. Weet jij alles van MS Excel en ben jij meteen beschikbaar? Dan is onderstaande vacature vast iets voor jou!

Het takenpakket als Customer Service Medewerker:

• Je staat in voor het registreren van diverse voertuigen
• Je maakt op en onderhoudt onderhoudscontracten in SAP
• Je beheert de mailbox
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opmaken van offertes
• Je ondersteunt het team met Allround administratieve taken
• Je staat in voor het behandelen van diverse facturaties
• Je volgt actief de KPI’s op

Het ideale profiel:

• MS Excel heeft geen geheimen meer voor jou!
• Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en een basiskennis Engels
• Je hebt reeds ervaring met SAP, BI reporting en SalesMAN.
• Voorgaande ervaring in een soortgelijke functie is een plus.
• Je bent een sociaal, stressbestendig en resultaatgericht persoon
• Je kan zo snel mogelijk beginnen!
