Voor een internationaal logistiek bedrijf zijn we op zoek naar een Customer Service Manager om het team in de regio Mollem (Asse) te versterken. Heb jij reeds ervaring als teamleader en ben je geïnteresseerd in een nieuwe uitdaging binnen de logistiek? Dan is onderstaande vacature vast iets voor jou!

Het takenpakket als Customer Service Manager:

• Je coördineert het klantenserviceteam
• Je controleert nauwkeurig de gegevensverwerking van transportorders
• Je bent de contactpersoon voor de belangrijkste klanten
• Je staat in voor het correct behandelen van vragen, klachten van klanten
• Je staat in voor de implementatie van processen & rapportagetools
• Je beheert de boekingen
• Je geeft updates aan klanten over hun zendingen & transport

Het ideale profiel:


• Je hebt al ervaring opgebouwd binnen customer service
• Ervaring in een logistiek en of transportbedrijf is een grote plus!
• Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en drukt je vlot uit in het Engels
• Je hebt zeer sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
• Je hebt reeds ervaring als teamleader
• Je hebt een proactieve werkhouding
• Je bent een flexibel, stressbestendig persoon
