IT First Line

Are you an IT multitasker with at least 3 years of experience in IT first line support for international groups? For our client, an international law company located in Brussels, we are looking for an IT First Line Officer who enjoys solving IT problems, interacting with colleagues and looking proactively for new solutions. The IT Support will be responsible for:

• Providing responsive, user-focused support for hardware and software issues across a hybrid work environment.
• Delivering deskside and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, phones, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Imaging, configuring, and deploying systems; installing pre-approved software and performing routine maintenance.
• Partnering with IT teams and external vendors for advanced troubleshooting and escalations.
• Maintaining accurate asset inventory and incident documentation using standard IT service management and asset management tools.
• Supporting onboarding/offboarding processes and device lifecycle management.
• Ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of all assigned tickets and service requests.

Profile of ideal IT Support:

• You have a degree in IT or at least 3 years’ experience as IT support in international groups, an experience in a law firm is a plus.
• You have a perfect knowledge of French and English, both in writing and orally.
• You have a good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• You are capable of troubleshooting and maintaining laptops, desktops, docking
  stations, and printers.
• You have and excellent oral and written communication skills with a service-first attitude and a professional attitude.
• You are able to prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while exhibiting a strong attention to detail.
