For one of our clients that is active in the industrial sector in Brussels, we are looking for a Marketing and Design Specialist. As a Marketing and Design Specialist, you will be in charge of developing and implementing marketing strategies, creating visually appealing designs and ensuring brand consistency across various channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns, drive brand awareness and contribute to the overall success of the company.
The Marketing and Design Specialist will be responsible for:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and target key audiences;
- Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement;
- Create visually appealing & impactful designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, infographics, social media posts, and website graphics;
- Develop engaging and persuasive content & communication for marketing collateral, including social media captions and email campaigns;
- Conduct thorough proofreading and editing to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines;
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights for content creation;
- Handle, monitor and analyze website & digital marketing performance metrics, providing reports and recommendations for optimization;
- Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines;
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, such as designers, printers, and vendors, to facilitate project execution.
Profile of ideal Marketing and Design Specialist:
- Proficient in English language is a MUST, any other European language is a good to have;
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field;
- Proven experience in marketing strategy development, graphic design, and content creation;
- Proficient in graphic design software, such as Photoshop & illustrator;
- Strong experience with Word press;
- Strong creativity and ability to conceptualize and execute visually appealing designs;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms;
- Strong project management and organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
