Communication Specialist

Our client is a leading corporate investment firm with a strong reputation in the financial sector. Their fast-paced, ever-evolving environment requires an experienced Communication Specialist, someone who is structured, proactive, and capable of anticipating needs before they arise. This role will be responsible for the organization's communications, as well as organizing an emblazonment event in 6 months' time.

Your Key Responsibilities as a Communication Specialist :

• Keep up to date with the organization's projects daily to communicate on them
• Creation of press releases, newsletters, internal mailings, content for social networks in coordination with the communications team
• Organization of a conference with external and internal partners
• Communication and launch around this event
• Proactive diary management, prioritising and coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Your profile as Communication Specialist

• Minimum 8 years’ experience as a Communication Officer
• Fluent in English and French (Dutch is a plus).
• Highly organised, structured, and able to anticipate needs before they arise.
• Ability to work under pressure, respecting deadlines and communication objectives.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and adaptable attitude.
