For a services company located in the region of Merchtem we’re looking for a Sales Office to re-enforce the team. Are you fluent in Mandarin and English and are you looking for a varied function within a dynamic team?

Your tasks as Sales Officer:

  • You collect background information from Sales Agents
  • You follow-up on deliveries
  • You negotiate on prices and payment terms
  • You’re responsible for the preparation of procurement dashboards
  • You answer questions from clients and customers and follow-up where necessary
  • You keep information up to date in the internal system
  • You build a solid relationship with suppliers

The ideal profile:

  • You’re fluent in Mandarin and English
  • You’re client orientated and communicative
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of Navision is a big plus
  • You’re a strong multitasker who likes to work in team
  • You have the Belgian nationality
