Een pijpleidinginspectiebedrijf, gelegen in Lier, is op zoek naar een Commercieel Medewerker. Ben jij klantvriendelijk, nauwkeurig en commercieel ingesteld? Dan is deze vacature zeker iets voor jou!

Jouw takenpakket als Commercieel Medewerker:

• Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten.
• Jij helpt klanten met hun vragen en volgt bestellingen op.
• Jij plant afspraken voor klanten in.
• Jij communiceert via telefoon en e-mail met klanten.
• Jij registreert informatie zorgvuldig in het CRM-systeem en de administratiesystemen.
• Jij stelt offertes op en volgt deze op.
• Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het inplannen van het uit te voeren werk en zorgt ervoor dat de documentatie in orde is voor het personeel dat het werk uitvoert.
• Jij vult de onderhoudsboeken op de juiste manier in

Het ideale profiel als Commercieel Medewerker:

• Je hebt ervaring in administratie of planning.
• Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt basiskennis van Frans en Engels.
• Je bent klantvriendelijk, assertief en werkt efficiënt.
• Je beschikt over goede luister- en administratieve vaardigheden.
• Je kunt goed omgaan met strakke deadlines en bent stressbestendig
