Jouw takenpakket als Sales Administrator:

• Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten
• Je verwerkt en volgt verkooporders op samen met collega’s
• Je beheert de mailbox en het telefonisch contact met klanten
• Je staat in voor het correct behandelen en beantwoorden van vragen/ klachten van klanten
• Je houdt klantgegevens up-to-date in onze database
• Allround administratieve taken

Het ideale profiel:

• Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke rol
• Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands/ Frans
• Je hebt een goede kennis MS Office
• Je hebt een sterke klant- en servicegerichtheid
• Je denkt proactief mee met het bedrijf
• Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een commerciële mindset
• Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken
