The Sales & Logistics Support will be responsible for:

• Order entry and tracking in the production system to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Coordinating shipments by sending instructions to logistics teams for optimal stock management.
• Managing shipping documentation for all deliveries (Europe and international), ensuring clients receive invoices and all necessary paperwork.
• Following up on customer accounts and payments to guarantee timely and correct transactions.
• Registering and handling customer claims until resolution.
• Supporting the Sales team by responding to client inquiries and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Profile of ideal Sales & Logistics Support:

• Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position or equivalent.
• Good understanding of numbers, ERP systems, and logistics processes.
• Ability to work effectively within a small but dynamic team and support colleagues.
• Able to work under pressure, independently, and with strong attention to detail.
• Professional and proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction.
