Project Manager

We are looking for a trilingual Project Manager for one of our clients that is the global leader in photo and video experiences and that is based in Brussels. As a Project Manager, you will be in charge of coordinating events, providers and staff to ensure the delivery of projects (materials and staff) on time, in place and ensuring quality customer service. You are the person of reference for all matters related to the organization and schedule of a sold project. You must be able to plan events, to be customer centric, anticipate needs, discern priorities and meet deadlines with some supervision.

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Follow-up and management of the corporate events (EOY parties, festivals, roadshows, etc.);
• Project management for private events (wedding, birthdays, wedding fairs, etc.);
• Organize routes and hiring staff for events (logistics) – planning;
• Estimate budget and costs of activations (in terms of transport and preparation);
• Search for new suppliers - related to our events;
• Assist the Head of operations on various tasks.

Profile of ideal Project Manager:

• Fluent Dutch, French and English;
• At least 2 years of experience is mandatory;
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal);
• Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills;
• Multi-tasking profile, prioritizing abilities and initiative taking;
• Ability to work under strict deadlines;
• Team player, self-motivated and able to work proactively and independently;
• Service oriented: positive attitude, welcoming, considerate, resourceful;
• Enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
